Welcome to the Albany Hotel, Blackpool a welcoming family run hotel

Adrian and Dawn Smithwaite invite you to the Albany as a guest and leave as a friend. The family friendly Albany hotel is rated as a 3 star guest house accommodation offering the same facilities as a small seaside hotel. All our rooms are en-suite and have colour TVs, tea & coffee making facilities and heating for your added comfort and stay while you are in Blackpool.

When you arrive you will find a little gift of chocolates in your room along with other complimentary essentials to make your stay as homely and comfortable as possible.

Breakfast is award winning with over 26 cereals including grapefruit, plumbs and a full fresh English sea breakfast. Evening meals are also locally sourced and cooked fresh daily.

Flat screen TV's are in all rooms with Freeview and DVD's for your entertainment. Children's movies are available on request and in the family suite you will find a Playstation for the kids to entertain themselves!

Situated in the heart of Blackpool, close to the Winter Gardens, Hounds Hill Shopping Centre and the world famous Blackpool Tower. We are also a 2 minute walk to the newly refurbished Hounds Hill shopping center which is guaranteed to satisfy any shopaholic!

Breakfast and Evening meals are prepared freshly on the premises from local suppliers in Lancashire.  Special dietary requirements can be catered for. Colour TVs in all rooms and Free view available in some.

The Albany prides itself on doing some things a little different, very cheap Bar prices to match the local Working men's Clubs. Chocolates (Miniature Heroes, Quality Street, Roses) in all rooms replenished each week.  Tea & coffee making facilities in all rooms too.

The lounge area lets you sit back and relax after a day out sightseeing, take advantage of cheap drinks, cheaper than local pub prices.
